This past weekend we ventured down to Hattiesburg, Ms to take the girls to their 1st USM football game. It was Homecoming and there were lots of things to do! Syd booked us a cabin at Paul B. Johnson State Park, just south of Hattiesburg. We enjoyed staying in the cabin and playing outside. It was perfect weather! Here are a few pictures from our fabulous weekend!

This is “post” pep rally…the girls had a late night!
On Saturday the girls played all morning outside. That afternoon we got ready to head into town. Here are the girls ready for some Golden Eagle fun!
We had lunch at Leatha’s BBQ…which is one of our favorite places to eat!
After lunch we headed to campus to meet up with great friends for a little tailgating fun. Here is Syd with his good friend Jimmy.
The girls enjoying the “Eagle Walk”.
Game Time…finally!! The girls really enjoyed the game. It was a long day…game started at 7 and we stayed until almost the very end. The Eagles pulled off a win and we were all super excited!! We can’t wait to go back!
While we were off having fun in Hattiesburg my little man was having fun with Nana and Papaw! He played with cousin Brandon, shopped with Nana and Ko-Ko and went to visit Nannie & Grandaddy. He had a busy weekend too! I missed him so much!
